Am I reading this correct? Tablespoons not teaspoons? I have put it in a crock pot, but used half the measurements. We’ll see how it turns out.

Yes those are tablespoons (tbsp.) for teaspoons I use the abbreviation (teas.). You may have a lot of liquid left when you’re done… I’ve always boiled mine on the stove which allows for evaporation and a more concentrated flavor. Adding half of the seasoning is fine, you can always add more later if needed. Let me know how it turns out
