Yes those are tablespoons (tbsp.) for teaspoons I use the abbreviation (teas.). You may have a lot of liquid left when you&#039;re done... I&#039;ve always boiled mine on the stove which allows for evaporation and a more concentrated flavor. Adding half of the seasoning is fine, you can always add more later if needed. Let me know how it turns out :-)
