When you say 1/4 for the peppers and tomato do you mean 1/4 cup?

    • David says:

      Hi Kevin,

Thanks for asking. It’s 1/4 of a green pepper or about 1/8 of a cup. You also brought to my attention a typo, thank you so much!
I went back and looked at the recipe and noticed I only had 1/4 of a tomato, that was wrong. I have corrected that to 2-3 tomatoes or about 1 3/4 cups diced. If you hadn’t asked that would have probably gone unchecked for quite a while so thanks again for bringing it to my attention.
I hope that answers your question and let me know what you think of them 🙂
      Happy Cooking!

      Thanks Jilley,
This recipe was inspired by an appetizer I got in a restaurant a while back. Let me know what you think if you try them. I’ll bet you and your daughter would have fun making them together.
Thanks again, talk to you soon.
