A slow simmered meat sauce with ground beef, sweet Italian sausage, peppers, onions, tomatoes and more. The methods used give this sauce an authentic Italian flavor I’m sure you’ll enjoy. Add a piece of garlic bread and a salad and you’ve got a  great restaurant quality meal, enjoy!

Thanks for the recipe. It is now my family’s favorite. The Garlic toast is to die for as well.

You’ve been busy while I’ve been away! This looks wonderful! I made a similar recipe off The Pioneer Woman’s site a few weeks ago. Your recipe looks richer. Hopefully I can try it in the near future. 🙂

      Thanks Jillian,

Glad to see you back. You’re right, I’ve been busy…not just with recipe writing but with book writing too! My new book should be out soon. I hope to help as many people as possible as it is a book on how to save money and eat great food at the same time. ( I have some techniques I’ve been working on for the past 2 years ).

Anyway, I’d like to welcome you back and HAPPY COOKING!
      -David
